Driving a motorcycle is very different from driving a car and there are additional safety aspects you need to be aware of on a bike. Check with the local Department of Motor Vehicles for information on a motorcycle training course in your area.
Only an experienced motorcyclist should carry a passenger. Make sure your bike is capable and check your owner’s manual to see if you need to adjust your suspension to accommodate the extra weight. Talk with your passenger about their responsibilities as their actions can affect the bike’s handling.
